How the form works

The early-access form prepares an email in your device’s email application. The information is not submitted to a Shouting Grape database through the website. Information is received by Shouting Grape when you choose to send that email.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate early-access fit, discuss requested services, prepare service proposals, provide authorized support, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.

Profile and location data

If you become a client, Shouting Grape may receive business profile access, location information, approved photos and content, platform correspondence, and performance information needed to provide the agreed services. Access and use are limited to authorized work for the client.

Service providers and platforms

Our website is hosted using Cloudflare. Email providers and the Apple, Google, or other platforms involved in requested profile work may process information under their own policies. We share information only as needed to operate the website, communicate with you, comply with law, or provide authorized services.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and client information only as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no email or online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Clients may revoke profile access according to the applicable platform’s controls and the service agreement.
