Website use

You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use its content in a misleading or unlawful way.

Early access

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, pricing, platform verification, or the start of services. Early-access details and service scope will be confirmed directly with each prospective client before work begins.

Business Profile Management

A client requesting profile services represents that it owns the business or is authorized to manage the business and its location information. The client authorizes Shouting Grape to make only the profile changes agreed between the parties and to coordinate applicable verification with the client.

The client retains ownership and control of its business profiles. Shouting Grape acts through appropriate management access and will honor access removal or ownership requests according to the service agreement and applicable platform controls.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, current, and lawful information; respond to verification and approval requests; maintain secure owner access; and notify Shouting Grape when business details change. Photos, descriptions, responses, and other content supplied by a client must be owned or properly licensed by the client.

Platform independence

Shouting Grape is an independent service provider and is not endorsed, certified, or approved by Apple, Google, or another listing platform unless expressly stated in writing in the future. Services are subject to Apple, Google, and other applicable platform terms, policies, eligibility rules, technical limits, and availability.

No platform guarantees

Shouting Grape does not guarantee search rankings, visibility, placement, verification approval, reinstatement, uninterrupted platform availability, or any particular customer result. Platforms control their own review, verification, display, suspension, and content decisions.

Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile itself is available from Google at no charge. Any fees paid to Shouting Grape are for agreed setup, management, monitoring, support, reporting, content coordination, and related professional services, not for access to the Google product itself.

Review responses

Shouting Grape will publish or submit review responses only with client approval or under a separately agreed approval process. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy, tone, and legality of approved responses.

Intellectual property

Shouting Grape retains rights in its website, brand, processes, templates, and original materials. Clients retain rights in their business names, profiles, data, photos, and materials they provide, subject to the permissions needed for Shouting Grape to perform authorized services.

Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Shouting Grape is not responsible for indirect losses or platform actions outside its control. Specific paid services may be governed by a separate agreement. These website terms may be updated as services develop, with the effective date shown above.
